Christmas Tree Lighting 2018

Butler Township's Tree Lighting event  was held on Dec. 1 and was a great success. Nearly 100 children attended the event and enjoyed playing games, doing crafts and taking pictures with Santa. Butler Township police officer Paige Kulso and Miss Susquehanna Brianna Kubshin both attended the event. Also on hand were the Drums Community Outreach students, who helped with crafts; Drums Builders Club students, who helped with crafts and games, and, of course, Santa. About 20 children participated in an ugly sweater contest and the Butler Township Recreation Board picked five of the best ones to win prizes.
